A warm welcome to the Titans Golf Society (TGS)! We're thrilled you're here. TGS is a vibrant community dedicated to bringing together African & Caribbean golfers and friends in the South West, united by our love for the game.

Our mission is simple: to encourage more of us to experience the joy of golf for fun, health, and overall wellbeing. Get ready for some fantastic golf and great company! .

The Origin Story

The seeds of TITANS Golf Society were sown on the fairways of Bowood Golf Club.

Over a post-round chat, Nevil Mignot, Tennis Russel, and Norman Pascal conceived the idea of forming a team to compete against the Afro Caribbean Golf Society of London (ACGS).

Nevil, with his vision and financial backing, not only christened the society 'TITANS' but also took on the roles of Chairman and Treasurer. Tennis stepped up as Captain, and Norman became the Fixture Secretary, laying the groundwork for the club's development. Their enthusiasm proved infectious, drawing in members like Bryan Levy and Martin Charles early on, followed by the loyal contributions of Kirris Williams, Fearon Newell, Gary Miller, Isaac Barratt, and many others.

What began as a challenge has since blossomed into a diverse and welcoming community, open to anyone who shares a love for golf and camaraderie, and so the journey continues.

Joining Titans Golf Society has transformed my golfing experience. Heading my second season with the Titans. I eagerly anticipate every Titans Major — great community and fantastic events!
